Introduction

Welcome to Ariya Persian School (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our classes and programmes. By enrolling a student or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Services

Ariya Persian School provides weekend Persian language and cultural education for children. Our services include in person general Farsi classes (Levels 1–4) and online GCSE Farsi preparation classes. Details of class schedules, formats, and fees are shared with parents prior to enrolment.

Student Placement

Students are placed into classes based on their level of Farsi language ability rather than age alone. The school regularly assesses student progress and may move students between levels where appropriate to support effective learning.

Parent & Guardian Responsibilities

Parents or legal guardians agree to:

• Provide accurate and up to date information regarding the student

• Ensure timely arrival and collection of children during class hours

• Inform the school of any relevant medical, learning, or behavioural needs

• Support respectful behaviour in line with the school’s values and guidelines

Fees & Payment

• Fees for general Farsi classes are charged per term and are subject to change

• Online GCSE Farsi preparation classes are charged at an hourly rate

• Fees and payment details will be communicated before enrolment

• Payment is required as per the agreed terms to secure a student’s place

Failure to make timely payment may result in the suspension of attendance until resolved.

Learning Materials

The school provides study and exercise books for enrolled students. These materials are intended for educational use and remain the responsibility of the student during the academic term.

Attendance & Cancellations

• Regular attendance is encouraged to support consistent learning

• If a student is unable to attend a session, parents should notify the school in advance where possible

• Missed classes are not refundable unless otherwise stated

For online classes, cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made with reasonable notice.

Health & Safety

While every effort is made to provide a safe and supportive environment, parents acknowledge that participation in group activities carries a normal level of risk. Ariya Persian School cannot be held responsible for incidents resulting from failure to follow guidance or instructions.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

All personal information shared with Ariya Persian School is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or necessary for safeguarding purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Ariya Persian School delivers its educational services with care and professionalism. However, we cannot guarantee specific learning outcomes, as progress varies by student. The school is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
